Leaking flat roof, gutter or cracked terrace?

PandaCoat UniBase MS is a seamless, liquid-applied waterproofing membrane (liquid rubber) that stops moisture, cracks and water damage on flat roofs, terraces, gutters and old coatings – even bitumen – without removing the old covering.

Why UniBase MS

Flexible, crack-resistant membrane
Cures into a flexible waterproof membrane for roofs, terraces and gutters that does not shrink or tear.

Versatile, usually no primer needed
Apply directly to concrete, wood, metal or tiles. On old bitumen use Primer VL 2K first to avoid blistering.

Weather-resistant
The membrane stretches more than 3 times without tearing and resists UV, heavy rain and temperatures from -40 °C to +80 °C.

Not only for roofs
Waterproofs wood, brick and masonry and works as a moisture barrier under concrete floors, in basements and other below-ground rooms.

Breathable membrane
The isocyanate-free MS polymer lets moisture escape through the membrane instead of forming blisters. Made in the EU.

What it is

One-component, liquid-applied waterproofing membrane based on MS polymer (silane-modified polymer, isocyanate-free) that cures with air humidity into a continuous, seamless coating resistant to standing water. 1 kg pack – solvent-based (SB) formula; 5.7 kg pack – solvent-free (SF), odourless, suitable for indoor use.

• Flat roofs, terraces, green roofs, ponding water areas
• Gutters and chimney base sealing
• Roofs with PU foam or polystyrene insulation
• Concrete, ceramic tiles, metal (no primer)
• Old bitumen coverings (with Primer VL 2K)
• Outdoor wood, foundations, walls, basements

Application

The surface must be free of dust, grease and dirt; remove loose old coatings. Can also be applied to damp substrates. Apply 2–3 thin coats or 1 thick coat, 2–48 h between coats. Touch-dry after approx. 1.5 h (23 °C/50%), fully cured after 12–24 h.

Coverage: 1.1–1.3 L/m² (1.5–1.8 kg/m²).
