PandaCoat TopBase ST Paste Fiber silicone sealing paste, grey, 1 kg

Gutter leaking, crack or joint letting water in?

PandaCoat TopBase ST Paste is a thick, non-sag silicone paste for sealing joints, cracks and connections. Used as an add-on before or after the TopBase ST / TopBase ST Fiber coat, or on its own for spot repairs of gutters, chimneys and joints.

Why TopBase ST Paste

A thick paste, not a liquid
Ideal for vertical cracks, chimney joints and gutter seams where a thinner coating would run – apply with a trowel or brush straight into the gap.

One coat, no primer
Usually no primer needed – clean the surface and apply straight from the tin in one coat with a trowel, avoiding rainy days.

Resistant to all weather
Once cured, like the TopBase ST coating, it withstands UV, rain, snow and temperature changes.

For spot repairs or preparation
Seal a cracked gutter seam in minutes, or reinforce joints and corners before coating the whole roof with TopBase ST.

What it is

One-component, silicone-based sealing paste – the same TopBase ST chemistry in paste form. Cures with atmospheric moisture into a strong, elastic, watertight sealant. It is not a standalone roof coating – it is an add-on to the TopBase ST / ST Fiber system or a spot sealant.

Where to use

• Gutter seams and joints, chimney flashings
• Vertical cracks where a thinner coating would run
• Skylight edges, roof joints, corrugated sheets
• Camper, trailer, farm building and garage roofs
• Bitumen roof seams, before or after a TopBase ST coat
• Concrete, metal, ceramic and wood surfaces

Technical data

• Relative density: 1.25
• Dynamic viscosity: 6500 cP (thicker than TopBase ST Fiber)
• Flash point >60 °C
• Practically solvent-free (VOC 1.33% by weight)
• CLP 1272/2008 classification: not hazardous (supplementary statement EUH208 only)
• Skin forms in approx. 2 h

Application

Clean the surface of dirt, dust and grease. Apply the paste with a trowel or brush straight from the tin, pressing it into the crack, seam or joint, and smooth it. Avoid application on rainy days. Apply in one coat; for extra protection, cover with a TopBase ST coat once the paste has set.
